hawos Molere – the hand mill
The challenge for hawos developer Steffen Reuther was away from energy consumption and ease of use. The result is a handy model for everyday kitchen use. The grinding stone made of corundum / ceramic is robust and ensures a top grinding result. The removable funnel sits on a rectangular, solid block of wood, behind which the millstone hides. The degree of fineness is set by two wing nuts. The crank is ergonomically shaped and easy to turn. Two table clamps ensure a firm stand of the hand mill. A collecting vessel made of high quality glass is included. In addition to single-grain cereal grains, various cereals can be mixed and processed. Robust construction and simple operation.
hawos Molere is available in beech solid wood or beech multiplex.
